How to set up your
Florida Fish & Wildlife permit application
1. Register as a New User. Start by selecting the ‘Register New User’ to the right on your screen.

The Web page will refresh and ask you several questions including your address, Social Security number, drivers license etc. You only need to Fill out the ** required information on this page and select submit. You will also be asked to create a User ID and Password. Once you hit submit, the web page will refresh and ask you to sign into your account.
2. Sign into your account for the first time. Enter Username & Password.
3.Web page will refresh to ‘Apply for a new permit’ page. Select this option.

4. The next page will ask you to choose a permit type in a drop down menu
5. Select Aquatic Plant Control Permit. The very first option.
6. Web page will refresh and will ask you to select a ‘Filer type’ from a drop down menu.
7. Change 'Filer type' to APPLICANT.
8. Answer the 3 questions.
9. Right below the 3 questions you will select the Agent/Consultant tab under Contact Information.

10. Web page will refresh to a new screen. Under Contact Information choose the 'Agent/Consultant' tab.
Then Select ‘Link Agent’
Then Select ‘Link Agent’
11. Web page will refresh to a new screen called 'Registered Agent Locator'. Under Affiliation type only the word Pages. The State will default to Florida and you can leave the county as 'All'.
Then select Search. that asks you for information to search for Pages Lakescaping.

12. The web page will refresh and you will be able to select me as your Registered Agent
Once you have completed this portion, let me know and I will complete the full permit process.
As a registered agent I will not be able to see your personal information, only your name and street address. You will be able to log in at any time to review the information I have provided/uploaded.
Florida Fish & Wildlife permits are good for 3 years.
